Room for Rent for July 1 Move In in Vienna, Virginia

We are looking for 2 people to move in on July 1st in our fun and eclectic house in McLean. We are located off Dolly Madison in the heart of McLean. We are minutes from 495, 66 and the Tyson's Corner malls. You will not find a better price for the rooms listed. We are professionals in our twenties, 1 male and 1 female looking to rent out the remaining rooms in the house. We split the utilities , which generally run about $150/each. Utilities include electric, water, gas, internet and FIOS cable with all the movie channels.
All that we require is for you to sign a year's lease and provide a security deposit- which would be the same amount as your rent. Here is a little more about the rooms available.
1 masterbedroom available with private bathroom and wood floors on the top floor. $750 + utilities
1 regular room with shared bathroom on the bottom floor. $600 + utilities
The house has a nice backyard, parking in the driveway and on the side street. The house has a large kitchen, dining room and living room area. We have a great basement, and you are welcome to use it for storage. We also have two full size fridges. We have a full sized washer/dryer as well. This location is prime and is close to grocery stores, shops, pharmacies, and the ABC store. Female and Males are welcome, but no couples please!
